Summary of Responsibilities :

As a Print Support Specialist, I .MS Ops, you'll be the backbone of our daily on-site support for printer devices, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Documentation Dynamo : Documenting all service calls and requests into our system, ensuring that service level agreements between the customer and our esteemed company are met and exceeded.
• Inventory Management Ace : Managing on-site parts / consumables inventory and procurement of printer hardware as required by the customer, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Customer Liaison Extraordinaire : Keeping customers up to date on the progress of problem resolution, providing end users with detailed remote access knowledge, and delivering regular account updates to our management team.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional education preferred.
• Experience in IT Help Desk Support, with proficiency in both application and hardware support.
• Technical Training & Certifications, particularly HP Certifications, are highly desirable.

Key Skills and Abilities :

• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Deep technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, as well as company products.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to handle modest physical effort including walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
