  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems on desktops and laptops.
  • Networking: TCP/IP
  • Operating Systems: Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7
  • Service Desk Ticket System: Prefer Service Now experience. Others will be considered if listed.
  • Security: Active Directory
  • Tools: Microsoft Office
  • Others: Adobe Acrobat, Communication skills both verbal and written, Learning ability, Teamwork.
