Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Lead to join our team in Redmond, WA. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing, and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
2. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
3. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
4. Solid understanding of SQL databases, with experience in SQL Server or Oracle.
5. Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or Dapper.
6. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
7. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
8. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
9. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
