AM PCS, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is immediately hiring energetic, passionate and success driven people to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for AM PCS your role will be to work with our fantastic customers, educating them on the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer and guide them through the selection and buying process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for AM PCS, you will be:

· Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.

· Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.

· Educating our customers on all the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer.

· Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.

· Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.

· Assisting the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.

· Completing all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and AM PCS.

· Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

· Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at AM PCS

At AM PCS we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates candidates have the following skills and experience:

· 1 years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business.

· Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

· Spanish Bilingual is a requirement.

· Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.

· Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be self-motivated and goal oriented

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, setting up booth events outside, etc.

· Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

· Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

· Must be willing to submit to a background check.
