PositionOverview
As a CNC Machinist on ourdynamic team you will play a crucial role in our manufacturingprocess operating sophisticated machinery to produce highprecisioncomponents.

KeyResponsibilities
- PrecisionMachining : Operate CNC machines to achieve tolerancesless than .001 inches ensuring product quality andprecision.
- Programming andTooling : Adjust machine settings change tools and modifyprograms to optimize production efficiency and meet designspecifications.
- QualityAssurance : Perform rigorous quality checks and useprecision measuring instruments to maintain our high standards ofproduction.
- Maintenance andImprovement : Participate in preventative maintenanceprocedures and collaborate with the team to suggest methods forprocess improvement.
- ShiftCollaboration : Maintain seamless communication acrossshifts to ensure continuity and efficiency in productioncycles.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required :
- 5years of experience in production machining including extensivework with NC or CNCequipment.
- Proficient with variousCNC machine brands and controls such as DMG Mori Cincinnati MazakFanuc and Siemens.
- Solidunderstanding of shop mathematics and ability to read and modifyCNC programs.
- High school diploma orequivalent.
Preferred :
- Additionalcertifications or training in CNC machining orprogramming.
- Prior experience in asupervisory or key operatorrole.
