The Role in Brief: As a Lead Project Architect with Our Client, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in their projects. We're seeking someone who is not only technically proficient but also design-sensitive, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Your mission? To work seamlessly within a project team, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation.

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of technical resolution and coordination for a defined project segment.
  • Collaborate in planning and conducting work, making necessary adaptations and modifications to complete working drawings.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to construction, ensuring the design idea is executed with excellence.
  • Set the strategy for producing project documents and organize data into files, including Building Information Models (BIM) or other 3D models.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including other disciplines, vendors, and contractors.
  • Champion green workplace practices through sustainable work methods.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7-12 years of experience, with a preference for healthcare experience.
  • LEED Green Associate Accreditation (LEED AP preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of design, construction methodology, and sustainability.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
