Talent Advisory Group is Hiring a Project Engineer - Land/Site Development Near Fayetteville, GA

You'll be an integral part of the technical team, contributing to the creation of construction plans that serve as a guide for clients and contractors in the development and execution of projects.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in initial client meetings, collaborating with the Team Leader to comprehend new project proposals thoroughly. Facilitate effective communication between clients, departments, team groups, and governing bodies.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive proposals, including clear scopes of work, pricing, time schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, attending meetings to secure necessary approvals for client projects.
  • Identify additional work requested by clients, ensuring proper documentation through approved change orders.
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in land and site development or Municipalities
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in the State of Georgia (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Proficient knowledge of CAD software
