Properly issues, un-issues using RadleyEnsure all materials are properly labeled, maintaining traceability before delivery to production floorEscalate material shortage situations as they occur onlinePlacement of raw material in proper location within WarehouseResponsible to take trash, recycle material to assigned area during and at the end of the shiftResponsible for getting shop orders / travelers from label area to the linesMRB product is labeled prior to placing in cageConsolidate materials properly as assignedComplete all necessary paperwork and filing in a complete and accurate manner, necessary transactions complete and accurate within RadleyParticipate in Daily Management Meetings actively and positivelyAssist in hand unloading overseas containers Train on all applicable work instructions and has ability to proficiently train all applicable work instructions to others. While training others, ensures all training is done in accordance with requirements for the job.Proactively participate in Kaizen events and creates a culture of continuous improvementProactively solve problems within own work areaMay be assigned to more complex tasks, as needed, to facilitate cross training and to cover department needsWhat You Need to Succeed in This PositionHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).Six months related experience and/or training.Ability to do basic to intermediate mathematical operations as part of daily workProficient in verbal and written communication with the ability to read and understand work instructions in EnglishMust be able to obtain Hi Lo license (Driver’s License required) and operate all heavy machinery in a safe mannerMust have a positive attitude while maintaining flexibilityUtilize downtime properlyAbility to work required overtime and weekend work Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Wears PPE as required. Enters Safety, CI suggestions into systemNotify manager of safety concerns, accidents, injuries, near miss or property damage the same dayReport quality concerns of product to supervisorCommunicate professionally to teammates when updates are needed in regard to material prioritiesOperate Hi Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery in a safe manner always.
