Bring your intrinsic sourcing and interviewing skills to inspire us, as you expertly tackle high-volume tasks and elevate our recruitment strategy to new heights. Get Ready to Transform: Your Role in Action!Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate requirements. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including diversity sourcing initiatives and employer branding efforts. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate interviews, and gather feedback from interviewers to assess candidate suitability. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process through to acceptance or decline. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines and company policies. Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience. Preferred Experience: a. 2 years of clinical and educational recruiting experience (BCBAs, RBTs, Teachers, Nurses, Program Directors, SLPs, OTs). b. 2 years of recruiting operational roles. c. 1 year of retail/sales or customer service experience. d. 2 years of sourcing high volume candidates. Proven experience in utilizing creative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, social media, etc. Healthcare and/or ABA recruiting experience is preferred. Previous experience using HR, Sales, and Marketing technologies, including applicant tracking systems, CRM, G-Suite, video interviewing, graphic design platforms, etc. Demonstrated experience in building relationships and networking to brand and recruit in surrounding communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management. Experience in project management. High levels of tenacity, multitasking, attention to detail, and lateral thinking. Understanding of applicable employment-related laws and regulations. Strong results orientation and customer service focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor, representing the organization positively in all interactions. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and communicating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques and negotiation/selling skills to assess candidate fit and influence hiring decisions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals and objectives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and methodical approach to addressing challenges. Adaptability and openness to change, with a willingness to explore alternative processes, methods, and viewpoints. Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Commitment to ethical guidelines and policies, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines where applicable.
