Ramp Operations Agent Details:-An Operations agent provides legendary Customer Service by assuring weight and balance of aircraft, efficient boarding of aricraft, and coordinating Ramp, Operations, Provisioning, and aircraft servicing to accomplish on-time performance.Arranges for fueling of aircraft as requiredCommunitations with Airport Dispatch, Communications with Airlines Dispatch, Updating FLIFO, and communitcationg with stations flight depatures/arrivalsPrepares weight ad balance forms'Close out flights: files and maintiains accurate flight papersPrepares Dispatche release forms and collect weather reports from OTIS for the crewCoordinates special services needed on aircraft suchas servicing lavatories, cabing grooming, wheelchairs for customers, and special emergency cleaningOperates boarding bridge, coordinates boarding and deplaning customersWorks with Gate Agents in expediting the check-n process colects boarding passes and/or electronic boarding data, and verifies boarding countsHandles station AMS and radioco munications trafficPrepares dispatch release forms and collects weather report from the informatioal system for Crewmembers and keeps all Station team members apprised of flight and weather information Responsible for ground security and assuring Operations follow security proceduresMust be able to communicate informations and instructions verbally and via radio equipment Requirments:Esperience and understanding of the commerical issues in aviationMusht have a High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageCapable of processing information in a timely mannerMust have and maintain a Valid Drivers LicenseAble to proficiently speak, read, and write in englishBasic Computer literacyPrevious rap or airline experienceMust successfully complete all training requirments and maintain certification throught employmentMust clear a FBI fingerprint background check and obtain a custom sealPhyscal Requirments:Must be physically fit to perform duties of the job including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Capabel of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces and repetitively Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the jobWilling to work outside in all types of weather conditions with exposure to loud noisesWorking Hours:Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, weekdends and holidaysSpecific shifts to be determinedMust be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operationsCompensation:Starting Pay $13.00hrPart TimeBi-Weekly Pay
