Dish RoomJob Summary:The workers in the dish room are responsible for maintaining all the equipment which includes cleaning and sanitizing, sorting dishes and equipment according to specifications and needs.Job Requirements/Duties:§ Must be willing to work in a stressful, time-oriented work environment.§ Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.§ Must comply with all work rules and regulations.§ Must be able to carry, lift, push and pull 50 lbs.§ Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move during shift of 8 hours.§ Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand during shift of 8 hours.§ Must be able to work in extreme varying temperatures. All items are packed to customer specifications and adherence to ready times.
