Full Job Description:

Talega Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary technician assistant to join our team! We are a busy, three doctor, full-service animal hospital, open 6 days a week to serve our community. We are very progressive with our medicine, patient care, and constantly seeking to improve the lives of pets and their owners. Applicants must have previous veterinary assistant experience. Licensed applicants must be in good standing with the veterinary medical board. Must be proficient in venipuncture, intravenous catheter placement, drug calculations, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and all other skills pertaining to a registered veterinary technician.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
