Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Repairman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and repairing dies used in the fastener industry.

Duties:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or specifications
- Operate manual and automated tools to craft precision metal parts
- Assemble, fit, and repair parts using hand tools
- Program and operate computer-controlled machinery for cutting, shaping, or finishing parts
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Weld, fabricate, and machine parts as needed
- Perform maintenance on tools and dies to ensure longevity

Requirements:

- Ability to read schematics and understand electrical discharge machining processes
- Mechanical knowledge to operate milling machines and other equipment
- Experience with assembling and disassembling complex tooling systems
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for quality control
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Tool & die: 1 year (Preferred)
