Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping and receiving processes.

Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and compare with records
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing items securely and selecting appropriate shipping methods
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, both incoming and outgoing
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation as needed
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in the warehouse

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency in using MRP systems for inventory management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts
- Knowledge of picking, packing, and labeling procedures
- Experience with RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
