Taldeco is Hiring a Molding Machine Operator Near Lawrenceburg, TN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled machine operator with some experience in injection molding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastics injection molding and possess mechanical knowledge to operate machinery effectively.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines during production processes
- Handle materials for production, including setup and assembly
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make adjustments as needed
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency
- Understand and work with basic math concepts for measurements and calculations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in plastics injection molding or related manufacturing fields
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to handle tools and equipment
- Familiarity with materials handling and quality inspection processes
- Knowledge of CNC machines and logic controllers is a plus
- Proficiency in plastics extrusion techniques is advantageous to have
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
