Taldeco is looking for Engineering Change Coordinators in Gallatin, TN!

$70k-$110k per year

7:30am - 4:30pm

M-F schedule

Job Description:

• Tracking and resolving issues as they relate to safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale
• Daily oversite of change management practices, policies and procedures
• Create all necessary APQP documents necessary to document and communicate changes
• Direct and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of engineering changes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Engineering Change Coordinator
• Track, communicate, and recommend solutions on a regular basis for ECR/ECO backlog and progress
• Monitor and populate APQP documents related to ECN’s, ECO, ECR’s, running changes, etc.
