A Day in the Life of the Director of Transportation:
As the Director of Transportation, you will start your day with a team meeting, setting the tone for collaboration and productivity. You will provide guidance and supervision to our Transportation Manager and Supervisor, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Your role will involve strategic planning, identifying and integrating technology to streamline operations, and overseeing grant applications to secure funding. You will also facilitate Transportation Advisory Committee meetings, develop and implement policies, and maintain key performance indicators to track the success of our programs. Throughout the day, you will engage with external stakeholders, address employee concerns, and support community outreach efforts. Your expertise will drive the continuous improvement and excellence of Janus transportation services.

You Would Thrive in This Position If:

• You possess a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field, coupled with at least five years of experience in transportation or non-profit development.
