The Continuous Improvement Manager role is full-time dedicated to AGILE as a part of the Business Excellence team. You will report to the Associate Director of Business Excellence. AGILE Managers go through a certification process which will build main capabilities in digital technologies and cultural change.
This is a significant investment in the development and career opportunity for individuals and will help them build the skills, behaviors and mindset for success. Upon two to three years of successful term in this role, AGILE Managers will be recognized as candidates for future opportunities to further progress their careers in the organization. The AGILE Manager (OE focus) will lead and Manager AGILE Operational Excellence (OE) deployment for an important area such as Fractionation, Purification or Engineering Maintenance. This involves collaboratively planning, building skills, and driving deployment of elements of the AGILE Operating System (AOS) that help the area achieve its goals. This is a developmental role requiring versatility and fast learning. Provide high visibility to senior leaders across the site.
