Job Summary:
- Able to work independently, however, seeks advice of supervisor when it is needed.
- Will coordinate with supervisor for implementing any changes to the safety information on fragrance division chemicals.
- Contact suppliers for safety and regulatory information on fragrance raw materials.
- Follow-up with suppliers for missing and additional safety and regulatory information.
- Maintain storage of safety and regulatory information on fragrance raw materials.
- Maintain safety and regulatory information on fragrance raw materials in the CheckCis system.
- Provide assistance to the Fragrance Safety Assurance Specialist(s)/Assistant(s), such as assist fragrance safety reviews based upon industry, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to work without supervision, and take initiative.
- Follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
