Te Tūranga - The Role

Join our cross functional and collaborative Product Management team as a Product Manager working with SaaS Solutions.

This is a broad and demanding role that will utilise all areas of your product management expertise, from price positioning and new product development, through to obsolescence management and customer issue resolution. You will be responsible for the financial contribution and the overall commercial success of the product. This is an opportunity to be part of a creative, collaborative environment that is focused on great outcomes for Tait and its customers.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Develop, manage, and drive product strategies for the Tait branded Software as a Service (SaaS) Solutions and associated cloud-based systems.
  • Proactively manage a range of products to ensure that strategic performance targets are met.
  • Lead and facilitate the gathering of market research to facilitate product decisions that support our solutions offerings and enable future market opportunities.

Ō pūkenga - About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 10 years demonstrated experience with SaaS technology within a technology setting, as well as accompanying depth of commercial and financial acumen.

As well as:

  • Experience with SaaS pricing models and practices.
  • Experience being responsible for producing product strategies and business cases which balance the need of the customer as well as the market.
  • Practical experience in applying Product Management Frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in capturing and understanding customer requirements in a critical communications setting, and ability to inspire change in a demanding environment.
