Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare perfectly pulled shots of espresso.
• Prepare Tailwind signature coffee drinks to recipe specification.
• Interact with customers in a positive upbeat manner.
• Take customers’ orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Quick serve food preparation
• Collaborating with a Team to provide the best customer experience.

Barista Skills:

• Barista experience
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Cash handling experience.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass background check to receive an airport badge.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes

Schedule:

• Day and night shifts available
• Weekends required.
• Seasonal position until September
