Job Description:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at Tails A Wagn, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional. You will play a crucial role in greeting clients, scheduling appointments, promoting valuable services, and handling payments. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for customer service will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients and turning them into raving fans of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly as they drop off and pick up their pets
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our CRM system
- Receive payments accurately and process transactions in a timely manner
- Handle clients with empathy and skill, striving to turn every experience into a positive one
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Embody our core values of integrity, service, and community in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, reception in a service setting, or a related field preferred
