We are currently seeking an individual to fill our Caregiver/Office position. This unique role offers the perfect blend of hands-on care and administrative responsibilities.

Our Caregiver/Office position will assist with scheduling, training caregivers, general office duties, and assisting clients in their homes. We are looking for an individual with potential to grow. The perfect candidate is outgoing, energetic and a positive team player. Must be organized, detailed oriented and a self-starter.

This is a full-time position with hourly compensation and performance bonuses. Schedule is Monday – Friday but must have the flexibility to work outside of business hours by assisting in our on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Must have compassion for seniors. The ability to work with all clients including males, females, Alzheimer's & dementia, difficult behaviors, etc. and be able to manage family members.
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel. Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding follow up skills.
• Able to work independently, remain flexible, calm, maintain a good sense of humor, project a happy demeanor and demonstrate sound judgement.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize with interruptions in order to meet deadlines. Has strong problem-solving skills.
• 3 years experience in senior care. (Home care experience is a plus)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and state required insurance
• Pass background and on-going drug testing
• Ability to work 40 hours or more per week when needed.
