This Internship Program is designed to help you build the knowledge and skills for early career success. The BI-Intern will have the exciting opportunity to participate in hands-on experience in creating visualizations, performance tuning, & role-based access.

What you’ll do

• Work hands-on to build reports and analytics that answer business questions, collaborating with data analysts and business stakeholders
• Optimize the reporting system for performance with an awareness of the data structure and data lineage components to accomplish delivering a responsive system. 
• Organize and manage the process of new report/dashboard development in an Agile delivery framework for timely project execution: Synthesize business requirements, define KPI and metrics, prioritize work and create roadmaps with business and mentor the team to create best in class analytics.
• Promote data governance, data quality and self-service - Enable the business to create their own dashboards while keeping a tight governance framework in place.
• Clearly communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Drive reporting system adoption and measure the success of data products created by the team
• Create training and data literacy programs, developing a BI user community across the enterprise.

What you’ll bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering Business or related field

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
