About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity Director of Internal Outreach, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, reporting, and analytics of the Internal Outreach department. This role will also partner with Vice President of Business Operations to create the internal outreach strategy and optimize return on investment for the organization. The key to success is the ability to work collaboratively with the store organization and corporate business partners in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient. You will supervise the Associate Bridal show management team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Operations.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with VP of Business Operations to create the Internal Outreach department strategy and key objectives to drive traffic and revenue, while optimizing the return on investment to the budget spend.
  • Act as the point of contact for all internal business outreach projects, communication, tracking of assigned tasks, status reports, and meetings for project discussion and updates.
  • Communicate and update cross-functional leadership regarding new policies, procedures, marketing, and initiatives including outreach level events, projects, and timelines.
  • Responsible for creating internal business outreach reporting and auditing on department budget, revenue, and profitability.
  • Determine the needs, gaps, and opportunities in the current reporting process while developing the CRM system and analytical reporting needed for successful operations.
  • Track and monitor profitability of bridal show attendance while seeking business solutions for areas of opportunity and growth.
  • Establish and oversee a calendar of events around internal outreach activities including bridal shows, high school formal, and community events, locally and nationally.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Retail Management and Retail Analytics Experience of 12 years or equivalent, Multi Unit leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/Analytics or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professional acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically to develop business plans and execution of initiatives.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail and follow up skills. Experienced at prioritizing and working under time constraints, engaging in multiple projects at one time, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
  • Strong expertise of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Tableau, Salesforce and database management, preferred.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates:
    • Position is remote, candidate must be based in the continental United States and near a major airport.

The starting salary for this position is $122,700 to $135,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 20% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
