Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
- Perform plumbing and electrical repairs and installations
- Make readies and preventative maintenance.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)

- Drivers license

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting

- Rotating on call, nights and weekend availability

- Able to carry large loads of up to 40 pounds or more.

- Snow removal is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
