Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in various aspects of our operations, from hands-on production tasks to order fulfillment and workplace organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively support the Manager and ensure smooth operational flows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction and assembly of cornhole boards, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and work closely with the production team to implement improvements.
• Process, fulfill, and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize space and workflow.
• Serve as a backup to the Manager, overseeing daily operations in their absence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to keep production materials readily available.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements.
• Engage with team members to foster a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in using tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in production management is a plus.
