Tailgaters is Hiring a Bartender/Server (FT) Near Wylie, TX
Tailgate locations are hiring for a full-time/part-time Server/Bartender working 3-5 shifts a week. Most of those shifts combination of Morning, Evening to cover the busiest time. We are hiring for locations our location in Frisco.
Job Details:
- Must be available for late nights and weekends.
- You will be responsible to manage the customer while on shift and/or issues that may arise.
- Create weekly schedules for bartenders/servers, Manage inventory, and report to management.
- Managing Bartenders and other servers On-shift.
- Ensure proper coverage and provide coverage when required on shift.
- Manage hiring and training.
- Are available to work a flexible schedule during peak hours, which may be late-night hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have at least 2 years of serving/bartending experience.
- Reliable, On-time, Friendly, Hardworking, Attentive, and Personable.
- A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
- Open to constructive criticism.
- Able to be on feet for long hours.
- Able to lift 25 lbs. or more.
