We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory operations. You will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring that our supply chain processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments.
• Update and manage inventory records using our inventory management system.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and process inventory-related documents, including purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Support the logistics team in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.50 - $23.49 per hour
