Taichi Bubble Tea is seeking many Barista/Cashier who has experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Candidates interested in this position must have quick thinking and be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with customers. The ideal candidate has experience making specialty beverages and is familiar with modern equipment. We are looking for a person who is excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and chat with them briefly to understand their preferences.
• Prepare, grind, tamp, and brew coffee beans.
• Clean the machine and other equipment.
• Make perfect drinks.
• Prepare food items (boba drinks, poke bowls, sushi burroito); handle customer orders in a way that minimizes customer wait time.
• Balance the workload among baristas who work during different shifts.
• Stack cups, bowls, and other items to make the most efficient use of space in the boba shop.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
