• Work with a talented team of process engineers and designers; providing guidance and mentorship.

• Manage all phases of process and multi-discipline design projects, from setup, execution to closeout.

• Work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and project execution.

• Champion innovative solutions for complex process design challenges.

• Oversee all aspects of the process engineering process, from concept to completion.

• Interface with clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional designs.

• Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.

You'll Be a Perfect Fit if You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in process design engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

• Professional Engineering License or PMP is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of process engineering principles, calculations, trends, and applications.

• Experience in a variety of industrial sectors, such as chemical, food/beverage, power, pharmaceutical, etc. We will work with you to get training on the market sectors where you don’t have direct experience.

• Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing and approving PFD’s, P&ID’s, piping orthographic and isometric drawings, bill of materials, equipment and piping specifications

• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team and clientele.

• A strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.

• The ability to think strategically and translate our client’s business goals into engineering solutions.
