Job Overview:

We are looking for an amazing Dentist that has Great bedside manner. Looking for someone that would be a great addition to our amazing team. Ideal candidate is able to see a moderate patient load, has great communication skills, wants to diagnose, wants to do treatment and someone looking for long term. Willing to mentor 1 on 1 and also a possible opportunity for partnership.

Duties:
- Perform dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
- Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Design treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix or similar software
- Interpret medical imaging such as X-rays and CT scans to diagnose dental conditions
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique in all procedures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality

Skills:
- Proficiency in open dental or similar dental practice management software
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and workflows
- Ability to interpret medical imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of anatomy related to oral health
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health and treatment options
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient records
- Commitment to infection control protocols and maintaining aseptic technique

Pay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
