Description

We are looking for an Outside Sales Person for our Millwork Division in Phoenixville, PA to sell Doors, Millwork, and Hardware in the PA, NJ, NY, MD, and DC markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of residential and commercial doors, millwork and hardware. This position will require 40-60% travel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business and grow existing business primarily for multi-family projects.
• Work with inside sales to prepare sales proposals and quotes to clients, and visit client operations and building sites.
• Educate customers about the terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer profitability profiles.
• Determine and adequately meet project schedules 

HISTORY OF TAGUE’S MILLWORK DIVISION: The Phoenixville location allows Tague to offer custom millwork and state-of-the-art door-hanging capabilities. Our Phoenixville location has a combined floor space of 62,000 square feet and offers a full line of building materials plus the benefits of KVAL Door Machinery and CNC capabilities. In the last couple of years, we’ve concentrated on acquiring state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, such as a KVAL Commander 3, Holzher 5 axis CNC router, Weinig 6 head moulder and we moved to a new 52,000 sf facility for hanging doors. We also consolidated the old Philadelphia mill with the Phoenixville mill, giving us over 2,000 knife profiles for moldings. Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Proficient at reading architectural plans and specifications.
• 3 years of experience in the door, millwork, and hardware industry.
• Ability to learn product information and technical concepts quickly and thoroughly.
• Ability to travel 40-60% within territory.
