Job Description: As a Collision Center Technician at Gary Crossley Ford, you will play a crucial role in the repair and restoration of damaged vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle damage
  • Performing quality repairs on a variety of makes and models
  • Collaborating with the Estimator and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient repair processes
  • Utilizing industry-standard tools and equipment to meet or exceed industry repair standards
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Collision Center Technician
  • Proficiency in various repair techniques, including frame straightening, welding, and painting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or training in collision repair
  • Previous experience working in an automotive collision center
