As a Bartender, you’ll play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our patrons. Responsibilities:
Prepare Beverages: Craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for bar patrons, ensuring quality and presentation.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and beverages.
Recommendations: Assess customers’ preferences and make personalized drink recommendations.
Mixology: Skillfully mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.
Compliance: Verify customers’ identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Guest Experience: Maintain a guest-focused approach, nurturing an excellent experience.
Hygiene and Organization: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Professional Appearance: Report to work in a neat uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
Customer Service: Address customer service issues promptly and refer customers to management when necessary.
Order Accuracy: Accurately take guests’ drink and food orders, entering them into the POS system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
Experience: Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
Mixology Skills: Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Toast POS & Toast Handhelds.
Language Skills: Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands:
As a bartender, you’ll encounter various physical demands while performing your essential job functions. These demands are crucial for ensuring efficient service and maintaining a positive guest experience. Here are the key physical requirements:
Standing and Walking: Bartenders spend extended periods standing and walking during their shifts. You’ll move between the bar area, tables, and service stations, so stamina is essential.

Bending: Bartenders often bend to access low shelves, clean equipment, or retrieve items from under the bar.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous Bartending/Serving experience is preferred.
