- Serve as the primary SharePoint Administrator/SME on unclassified and classified networks
- Lead a division SharePoint revamp initiative to consolidate all site collections (200 ) into 11 site collections following a hub structure
- Implement enhancements to a SharePoint Power Apps/Power Automate solution per WSU customer requests
- Respond to ad-hoc SharePoint customer requests/tickets
- Build customer power platform solutions to enhance process automation
- Support an upcoming migration from SP 2013 to O365 on a classified network
- Brief weekly status updates to WSU Unit Chief (GS-15) and Supervisor (GS-13) in a clear and succinct way
- Train customers on SharePoint basics
- SP 2013

- Clear verbal and written communication and able to explain in a non-technical way to customers
- Comfortable briefing GS-15 level clients
