We have an outstanding contract position for an Onboarding Specialist to be our Designated Employer Representative for one of our programs in Newark, DE.
Pay Rate : $25.00 Position Description : In this capacity, the On-boarding Specialist will remain on stand-by and on-call status.
Get paid $200 a month to remain on-call, and an hourly pay of $25.00 for any hours worked when called to perform duties listed below : -Perform a variety of administrative functions including preparing and maintaining on-boarding documents, spreadsheets, and files -Oversees the new hire electronic on-boarding process, including timely submissions of the required I9 / e-Verify for new hires.
Handle additional related projects as assigned.-Serve as a primary liaison between external clients and new associates.-Be a resource throughout the on-boarding process.
Basic Hiring Criteria : -At least 2 years of administrative experience.-High school diploma or equivalent.Desired Qualifications : -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and document editing.
