We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor for our security guard company. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management of security personnel assigned to a set location. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of security guards, implementing security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards deployed to a set location.
- Conduct a regular site inspection to ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
- Train new security personnel on company policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and complaints and prepare detailed reports as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to security guards in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security plans.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid security guard license and any other relevant certifications.
