Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to handle both serving and cashier duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are promptly cleared
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery

Skills:

- Experience with Aloha POS system preferred
- Knowledge of food service operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with grocery store or retail environment
- Proficiency in food handling and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or willingness to learn
