BUSSER

Ensures restaurant cleanliness during service by clearing, resetting tables and assisting the Servers for the efficient turning of tables

DUTIES:

Offer every guest a friendly and sincere welcome; anticipate, be responsive and fulfill each guests’ needs; thank every guest and offer a fond farewell

Embody the Tacombi Service Culture and ensure the Tacombi Experience is carried throughout all interactions with guests

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professional appearance and demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure work station and uniform are always clean

Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies, Tacombi Brand values as well as the menu items

Prepare station by setting up and stocking appropriately to ensure overall readiness before service

Always adhere to Tacombi safety policies, standards of cleanliness, department of health guidelines and Tacombi Mexican Hospitality points

Proactively Bus and provide assistance to Servers by constantly clearing, cleaning and resetting tables; refill waters, remove visible debris from dining room and ensure overall cleanliness

Follow bathroom cleaning rotation diligently and ensure that all areas guests access are clean and organized

Observant to Guest need’s troughout dinning experience to ensure they receive thigh quality service

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years old

Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Busser

Have a positive attitude and be passionate about guest service

Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Ability to handle and move objects of up to 20lbs

SKILLS:

Strong teamwork and good

communications skills

Ability to carry up to 3-5 plates

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (Required)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
