Tacoma Screw Products is a distribution company that sells industrial supplies, fasteners and tools to contractors, small and large businesses and individual retail customers since 1946.
We have a unique blend of Wholesale and Retail Customers. Because of this, are not open during the typical 'Retail Hours'. We are closed on nights, Sunday, and Holidays.

A day in the life:

This is a full-time position (7 am to 4 pm M-F) with benefits that works in a warehouse setting. Employees will be picking orders for setting up PD drawers or bolt bins that contain an assortment of fasteners for customers. Also responsible for creating and labeling all drawers and bolt bins with correct descriptions of fasteners. Computer skills are required using software programs such as Excel, Publisher, Word, etc.

• Picks products manually from specific shelf locations using computer generated pick tickets when necessary. Loads products onto cart and then uses them to stock the drawers or bolt bins.

• Attention to detail and accuracy is required!

• Strong communication skills, problem solving skills, organization, self-direction and enjoyment from working within a team environment.

• This position involves lifting up to 50 lbs., repetitive bending/stooping, reaching, walking, sitting and standing.

• Assists with other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
