Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced night shift Assistant Manager to join our team. Hours could vary, but are usually 3:00pm - 11:00pm Thursday - Monday. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Perform cash register operations and reconcile cash drawers
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
