Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Crew Member. This application is for a Cook, specifically grill or line cook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:

4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
5. Restock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed.
6. Assist in kitchen duties such as food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing as required.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
8. Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
10. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
11. Execute opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
12. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive attitude.
6. Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
7. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management.
