About the Job:

The Development Analyst will work on the Taco Bell Foundation Development & Donor Relations team to support and execute fundraising programs and engagement tactics that grow revenue and cultivate donor relationships. This position will have accountability in fundraising, event logistics, and stewardship efforts.

This position requires a collaborative individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who is passionate about creating high-quality initiatives, cultivating relationships, and taking on challenging opportunities. You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced team environment, developing events and fundraising initiatives for the Foundation.

The Day-to-Day:

The Development Analyst performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

  • Support efforts to inform, empower, and connect our donors with the work of the Foundation.
  • Coordinating point-of-sale fundraising initiatives across the franchisee organizations and restaurants.
  • Support all elements of donor pipeline, including identification of new prospects and cultivation of current donor base.
  • Work cross-functionally to increase engagement in fundraising programs.
  • Assisting with key components of stewardship strategy, including recognition and fundraising achievement milestones for new and top donors.
  • Draft accurate and compelling impact reporting for donor audiences.
  • Maintain cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities for TBF Champions program.
  • Fulfill strategy as directed by Manager for Foundation events including but not limited to annual Convention, Auctions, Golf Tournament, Fundraising Rally Calls, Board Meetings, etc.
  • Support new franchise onboarding and vendor relations.
  • Exemplify the culture of Taco Bell, representing and portraying the Live Más spirit.

  • Demonstrated capability in project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables
  • Able to create, manage and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
  • Growing knowledge of key trends and best practices in development, CSR, and point-of-sale fundraising
  • Capacity to think strategically and proactively to develop creative solutions
  • Team player with a can-do attitude

Is This You?

  • BA or BS degree in public affairs, nonprofit management, and/or communications
  • At least 3 years of experience in events or fundraising
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong Presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organization abilities
  • Proficiency with software platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel periodically for Taco Bell Corporate and Taco Bell Foundation events (20%)

Salary Range: ­­$68,300 - $88,600 annually bonus eligibility benefits
