Tackle Enterprises is Hiring a Property Manager Near Britt, IA

About us

Managment will be for apartments and storage units. The hours are flexible and will be on-demand and as-needed.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, conflict management, and facilities management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and handle lease renewals

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

- Handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed

- Maintain accurate records of property performance and financial transactions

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in property management or related field

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully

- Knowledge of leasing practices, contract negotiation, and sales techniques

- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus

- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Administrative skills for maintaining property records and reports

- Experience in facilities management is advantageous
