Job Details: The Filling Pharmacy Technician will work along the conveyor to ensure prescription add-ons are processed accurately and efficiently. They will also support inventory activities. As well, this individual will ensure orders are packaged properly to be shipped out to patients. This Technician will be expected to personify our Core Values each day and be committed to deliver on our Patient Promise. Responsibilities Processing prescriptions at designated filling station located along the conveyor. Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment. Responsible for stocked received pharmacy inventory. Maintain filling station cleanliness and organization. Ensure filling station is properly stocked at all times. Packaging orders to be shipped out to patients. Monitor station queues Maintain appropriate level of quality assurance to meet patient needs. Accountable for meeting daily pharmacy goals to make certain timely delivery to patients. Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues. Exhibits the Core Values in their daily work to deliver on our Patient Promise. Other duties as assigned. Work together for success. Just be cool. Get it right. Always seek to improve. Exceed expectations. Requirements Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma /GED required. Prior experience in a pharmacy environment, preferred Prior pharmacy technician experience, preferred. Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred. If not registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, must be willing to obtain a registration status upon hire. Ability to work Monday evening through Friday morning (10pm to 8:30am).
