Purpose of Position:
Ensure table and seating presentation meet guest services standards. Provide excellent service for any guest requests.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
•Bus cocktail tables and bar counter according to sequence of service and procedures.
•Carry dirty dishes from the bar to the back of the house dish area.
•Ensure glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for Bartenders.
•Replenish supply of silverware, glassware, and dishes in the restaurant bar.
•Respond to any guest requests. Service beverages to guests.
•Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice and other products needed through the shift.
•Change kegs when necessary under the direction of the bartender or supervisor.
•Maintain cleanliness of the inside and outside bar area. Includes cocktail tables, floor, counters, bar wells, dish washers and sink compartments.
•Provide prompt, courteous guest service at all times following the Casino's guest service standards including property greetings and farewell.
•Must maintain a smile and pleasant body language.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
•Six (6) months of work experience required. Food and Beverage experience preferred.
