Table Mesa Baker

From the owners of Table Mesa is a quaint bakery and market where you can find freshly baked pastries, cakes and pies, and a market of locally sourced goods and quick grab and go items!

We are looking for a bakery team member to join our team in our ever-growing bakery at Table Mesa. We would like for our future team member to have an uplifting go-getter personality. We take great teamwork, engagement, diligence seriously.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a fast-paced bakery, with a strong attention to detail. We are willing to train the right person that has a passion for baking!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, pies, and cakes.
- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Work with bakery team members to fulfill guest and restaurant orders.

Experience:
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods.
- Ability to operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Early Mornings
• Must work weekends.
• Part-time
• Full-time
