We are looking for a Hands on knowledgeable and experienced resource to lead the configuration/set up efforts for the implementation of an outsourced solution

HYBRID POSITION 3 DAYS A WEEK

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS STRONG WITH CONCUR EXPENSE MODULE

PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Document in detail the current and proposed processes for end users and system administrators.

o Documentation includes: authorization process, reimbursement advances, administration processes, expense submissions and related reconciliation Solution is Concur Expense Module

• Work on the configuration/set up efforts for the solution

o Work directly with the vendor, IT and functional business related to the configuration and implementation

• Organize and lead the hands on testing of the solution

o Create testing scenarios and scriptso Perform testing and tracking of test result so Document defects and work with vendor to remediate/correct identified defects

• Create all scripts/documents for communication, training materials and job aids to orient the organization to the new solution

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42.86 - $100.00 per hour
