Seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Supervisor to lead our team in the fabrication and installation of ductwork and air distribution systems for various commercial construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of guiding a team through complex installations with precision and adherence to project specifications and codes. The ideal candidate will ensure quality workmanship, on-time project completion, and compliance with all safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the sheet metal crew, ensuring efficient and quality installation of HVAC ductwork and related systems.
• Coordinate and supervise all sheet metal fabrication and installation activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and deadlines.
• Manage project resources effectively, including materials and personnel, to meet project milestones.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and standards, utilizing proper equipment and safety measures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in HVAC Technologies, construction management, or engineering technology preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within the HVAC or sheet metal field.
• At least three years of journey-level experience in sheet metal work, preferably within commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction environments.
• Strong leadership and computer literacy skills.
• CPR/First Aid & OSHA-30 Certifications preferred. Additional training will be provided.

• Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of sheet metal shop operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with welding and soldering.

Salary range: $58,240.00-$74,000.00
